The brief for this project was to develop gamified, social-first content for Rob Beckett’s Smart TV and bring the chaotic energy of the show directly to YouTube audiences through the creation of bespoke editorialised formats, translating its fast-paced, irreverent humour into engaging short-form content that feels native to the platform.
My role on this project spanned both editing and motion design. I was responsible for creating the visual identity for a series of games played on set by Rob, Alison, and Josh in collaboration with the social media team, including TV Takedown and Red Flag/Green Flag. The motion graphics were inspired by futuristic mid-century poster design, drawing particularly from the bold, graphic styles developed by Central European poster schools during the 1970s and 1980s.
