To create a flagship internal moment for Sky’s LGBTQ+ Network, spotlight underrepresented voices and untold stories across the community. To drive awareness, spark meaningful conversation and highlight the importance of authentic representation at Sky. 

I led the ideation and delivery of the project, shaping the overall concept and narrative direction of the event. Working closely with talent management, I played a key role in securing high-profile contributors, including host Gareth Barlow (Sky News), alongside panellists Claire Mundell (Executive Producer of The Tattooist of Auschwitz), Clare Lawlor (Holocaust Curator, Imperial War Museums), and Morgan M Page (activist, writer, and historian featured in Netflix’s Eldorado: Everything the Nazis Hate).

My responsibilities spanned both strategic planning and hands-on execution. I managed venue logistics, including booking and coordinating the event space, and collaborated directly with talent and the AV team to develop the running order and curate thoughtful, engaging discussion questions.

In parallel, I worked with the communications team to develop a cohesive and strategic internal communications plan to maximise engagement. I also led the creative production, designing all visual assets for the event — including printed posters, banners, motion graphics, and on-screen animations. These were used both for out-of-home promotion across campus and within the event itself, helping to introduce speakers, enhance audience experience, and integrate interactive elements such as QR codes to extend the conversation beyond the live panel.
